Linda Larson

Let me start by saying I am so excited to be back in Kindergarten this year! It is my absolute favorite because you get to watch the students blossom and begin to love school! Last year was my first year at DCPS and first year back after being a stay at home mom. I was lucky enough to start the year in first grade as an assistant and get to start a new K unit in February.

I was born in Chicago, Illinois and have gradually moved down to Mississippi with school. I graduated from Missouri State University in 2007 with a bachelors in Education with and emphasis in Spanish. 

My husband, Chad, and I have been married for 10 years. We have one son, Steve who will be in Kindergarten this year. We also have 4 fur babies (2 cats and 2 dogs). I love crafting, reading, being in the mountains and am always learning new things. I love to travel and even took a semester to study abroad in Costa Rica!

I can not wait to meet my new Little Learners this year and help develop their love of learning!
